TourView is a read-only intelligence layer for tour operators. This page explains, in plain language, what data we hold, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it. Where this summary and a signed agreement with your company differ, the agreement wins.

What we collect

Your operation’s booking data. When your company connects a reservations feed or uploads an export, we store the records it contains: bookings, passengers, agents, departures, service lines and related operational fields. This data belongs to your company. We act as a processor of it, on your instructions.

Account data. The email addresses of the people your company authorises to sign in, and standard security logs (sign-in times, IP addresses).

Enquiries. If you request a demo through our site we keep the contact details you submit so we can reply.

What we do with it

We use your operation’s data for exactly one purpose: computing the reports, insights and alerts your team sees inside TourView, and delivering the email summaries your workspace has asked for. Every figure is computed from your own records.

Where AI is used to narrate findings, the narration is generated from numbers already computed by our deterministic rules. Your data is not used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never share one customer’s data with another. We never write back to your reservations system; the connection is read-only by design. We never use your commercial data for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with established cloud infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, in an isolated workspace per customer. Access within TourView is limited to what operating and supporting the service requires.

Retention and deletion

We keep your operation’s data for as long as your company uses TourView, because multi-year history is what the trend analysis is for. When a customer leaves, we delete their workspace data on request, confirmed in writing, within 30 days.

Your rights and contact

People whose personal details appear in a customer’s booking data (for example passengers) should direct access or deletion requests to the tour operator concerned, who controls that data; we assist the operator in fulfilling them. For anything else, write to hello@gettourview.com and we will respond.
