Terms of service

TourView reads data from your reservations system or its exports and turns it into reports, insights and alerts. It is an analysis layer: it never writes to your source system, and it does not replace it. Your reservations system remains the system of record for every booking.

Data you connect or upload remains your company’s property. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it solely to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to share the data you connect, including your passengers’ details.

Sign-in credentials are for the people your company authorises. Keep them confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account is compromised.

TourView computes its figures deterministically from the data your feed provides, and flags where a feed is stale or incomplete. Insights are decision support, not advice; commercial decisions taken on them remain yours. If your feed carries wrong or partial data, the analysis will reflect that.

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We improve the product regularly; where a change removes something a customer relies on, we tell them ahead of time.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees your company paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either side may end the service as set out in the service agreement. On termination we delete your workspace data as described in the privacy policy.
